Introduction
Atocha Protocol is a puzzle game protocol that enables users to create, solve and sponsor puzzle games. Why does it matter? The mechanism will help the puzzle game creators have truly immutable and transferable ownership of their work, the capability to design different user engagements method for their puzzle game which generates revenue and a trustless mechanism to distribute prize funds. As a player, you can engage with any of the puzzle games on the protocol with the same account and bring along your hard-earned Atocha Points crossing around different puzzles. Being on the top of the leaderboard will get you to become the chosen few to be able to claim the weekly rewards in ATO!
What are the Limited Edition NFT for?
The Limited Edition Commemorative NFT series are created to promote our IDO on Skyward Finance and reward the IDO participants on both platforms (Skyward Finance and NearPad).
What are the benefits for the Holders?
There are two main series for this Limited Edition Commemorative NFT:
Skyward Finance Commemorative NFT
- An option for a certain amount (depending on which NFT you hold) of ATO at 0.1USD/ATO value during a specific duration. In other words, you can buy ATO for 0.1USD/ATO at the specified duration if ATO goes higher than 0.1USD/ATO or you can sell your ATO for 0.1USD/ATO if ATO is lower than 0.1USD. In other words, this will be a two side reassurance for the NFT holders. This option can be executed directly with the Atocha team.
- Whitelist tickets for the upcoming NFT launch (stay tuned as we will work with multiple projects to launch NFTs)
- Exclusive invitation to Atocha Secret Club (currently building internally, will be sending invitation link once it is ready. You will need to use your Near Wallet to log in which your NFT will be scanned and verified before you are able to access the club.)
- Some extra perks (which we may announce at any point in time)
NearPad Commemorative NFT
- Eligible for Bonus Airdrop of ATO with the same amount of ATO purchased during IDO. The Airdrop Snapshot will take place on 30 June 2022, 0000 UTC. Distribution will then happen in 1 week's time.
- An option for the total ATO purchased during NearPad IDO at 0.1USD/ATO value during a specific duration. In other words, you can buy ATO for 0.1USD/ATO at the specified duration if ATO goes higher than 0.1USD/ATO or you can sell your ATO for 0.1USD/ATO if ATO is lower than 0.1USD. In other words, this will be a two side reassurance for the NFT holders. This option can be executed directly with the Atocha team.

How to verify whether the NFT is activated?
Activated means that all the utilities listed on the NFT will be usable/redeemable. This will largely increase the value of the NFT due to the activation.

As for NearPad Commemorative NFT, all of them are automatically activated.
Note: We will continuously update the activated NFT list as there are more transactions happening on Paras. If you realize that your NFT has not been activated but you fulfilled the prerequisite criteria which is participating in the IDO with the required amount, please contact us via Telegram/Discord.
Can I buy activated NFT from existing holders?
Yes, you can. In other words, existing holders can sell their activated NFT to anyone. However, the existing holder will need to take note that once the NFT is longer in your possession, the utility will not be applicable to you. ONLY NFT HOLDERS can enjoy the utility.
Highlighting the important point again, ONLY NFT HOLDERS can enjoy the utility. This means that even if you are IDO participants but you have sold your NFT, you no longer get to use any of the utility functions of the NFT that you had before. Basically, you have sold the rights to the buyers.
